We are PCI DSS compliant; online credit card payments are made through and secured by ETAM in connection with Global Payments Payment provider. Any credit card information used to make payment by mail or telephone will not be kept permanently on file.

Shipping + Returns

Shop products will be shipped via Canada Post regionally, nationally and internationally.

Allow 3-5 business days for regional shipments, 5-10 business days for national shipments, and 10-20 business days for international shipments. Final shipping costs are based on freight, packaging and handling costs. Surcharges may apply to oversize or heavy goods.

All product returns must be returned within 90 days of original purchase date at the buyer's expense.
